Table for two?
Element 47 has been honoured by Forbes as a Five-Star restaurant since 2015. The restaurant’s name pays tribute to silver, which saw a boom in miners after the the precious metal around 1870. Foodies don’t just come for the food, however: the legendary wine cellar holds about 20,000 bottles. Now oenophiles can take part in the The Little Nell Wine Academy course at the exclusive members-only Aspen Mountain Club.
