Far removed from the spirit of traditional five-star palace hotels—but in keeping with the establishments bearing the Michel Reybier signature in Geneva and Ramatuelle—the intimate La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa is reminiscent of a private urban mansion, open to guests who share a particular philosophy of travel. La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa invites you to experience one of the greatest tourist capitals in the world from another perspective that is both unique and personal.
Designer-decorated suites with private butler
The typically Haussmann-style architecture of an address dedicated to French lifestyle proved an ideal playground for decorator Jacques Garcia, who was chosen by Michel Reybier for his particular affinities with this era. La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa displays the style of a period down to the smallest detail, in harmony with the spirit of the place. The 26 suites and 14 rooms offer a refined reflection of the quintessence of 19th-century Parisian chic. Each room comes with a personal butler.
Exquisite Michelin-star French cuisine
The hotel is home to the two-Michelin starred restaurant, Le Gabriel, where Executive Chef Jérôme Banctel offers contemporary French cuisine inspired by the seasons. This approach implies unforgettable dishes to be discovered and rediscovered in all their natural glory: enhanced yet never disguised. The result is a cuisine entirely in tune with the philosophy cultivated by La Réserve owner, Michel Reybier, who advocates “excellence dedicated to serving a clientele that must be able to dine here on a daily basis and consistently find exceptional dishes”.
The culinary journey continues with La Pagode de Cos, which is a tribute to Cos d’Estournel, Second Grand cru classé and owned by Michel Reybier. La Pagode de Cos invites guests to go on a culinary spice route journey. In a chic yet relaxed area preserving all the innate elegance of the Grand Salon gracing this 19th-century private apartment, Chef Banctel offers an innovative culinary “spice route” journey. He takes us to India, China and Japan, as well as to Vietnam, through a series of must-taste dishes representing each of these destinations.
The Swiss science of beauty with Nescens
Set around the 16-meter indoor pool are three treatment rooms, a fitness area with a sports coach, and a steam room, creating a peaceful atmosphere where one is finally relieved of pressure and can succumb to a complete disconnect from the daily grind. Men are not forgotten, with a range of services indispensable to the modern-day gentleman.
The Nescens brand of Swiss anti-ageing science offers sophisticated treatments for men and women, including massages and cosmeceutical products. These services have been developed by drawing on knowledge of the biological mechanisms involved in ageing and existing solutions that can be employed to effectively slow down the effects of time. Just 15 minutes by car, La Réserve Paris – Apartments at Place du Trocadéro offer larger, complementary accommodation with the comforts of home and the luxury of a five-star stay. All the spa treatments, as well as hair styling and manicure services, are also available to guests of the Apartments, as well as for outside bookings.
