Technological evolutions are blurring the lines between physical construction and digital technology with the introduction of the IoT. By 2025, it’s estimated that 75.4 billion IoT devices will be used in smart buildings: lights, air-conditioning, alarms and door locks can all be a part of a seamless virtual system.
